hi, everi tym i try 2 take picture with main camara it sed " phone not accessiable so phone memory gna b used" buh then nothing appears to happen, screen just freezes or just side buttons stay on... same with video.. some plz out their help me owt... thanx

Make sure all apps or menu shortcuts are closed properly,then try again.

this may sound dumb how do i make sure its all closed dwon proply

Hold down the menu key and the icons for what ever may be open will show,press options and exit them.

I thoughtyou may of had alot of things open hence your camera not working,maybe a software update will fox it. What software do you have,press *#0000#

Update it mate if possible.
